01 / Today

An industry built on
relationships. Software to scale them.

Booking an in-store tasting at LCBO has always run on relationships — brand managers, agency owners, and seasoned ambassadors who know the stores, the staff, and the regulars. It works because people make it work.

The surrounding paperwork — supplier-of-record letters, store consent, AGCO compliance — still lives in a folder of PDFs. The debrief usually arrives as a photo and a sentence in an email.

Ontario's beverage market is fragmented by design: independent agencies, hundreds of stores, dozens of suppliers. That's a feature, not a bug — but it means every party reinvents the same operational steps.

Rosterline is the layer underneath: standard paperwork, verified agencies, closed-loop reporting. Built to amplify the relationships that already work.

04 / Manifesto

We protect the
agency relationship.
Architecturally.

  • We do notlet ambassadors register directly on the platform.
  • We do notshow buyers the phone number of an ambassador. By design.
  • We do notbroker around your agency. Bookings route to the entity, not the individual.
  • We do notcharge ambassadors fees of any kind, in any direction.
  • We doenforce this in the product, the contract, and the audit. Architecturally.

— Trust is the only durable contract in this category. —

05 / Questions

A short list of fair questions.

i.
Can a brand ambassador join Rosterline directly?

No. By design. Beverage companies never see individual brand ambassadors — not a name, not a photo, not a profile. The agency contracts with the brand and assigns the BA internally. Bookings, payments, ratings, and day-of comms all flow through the agency. This isn't a contract clause; it's enforced architecturally so neither the brand nor the platform exposes BA identity.

ii.
How do you verify an agency is legitimate?

Several gates around incorporation, tax standing, insurance, Smart Serve, references, and platform terms. Annual re-verification.

iii.
What does it cost?

Beverage companies pay nothing to browse or request. Agencies are paid through the platform; commercial terms are being set with pilot partners.

iv.
When does Rosterline launch?

A small pilot wave of Ontario agencies and beverage companies is opening now. General availability across Ontario will follow. Other provinces are a future conversation.
